Background

I’m a Senior Technical Account Manager at AWS, a CISSP-certified security professional, and a longtime technologist passionate about bridging the gap between systems and people. Through two decades in IT, technical support, cloud, and security, I’ve seen firsthand how technology succeeds—or fails—because of human decision-making.
